Some children take to the concept of saving than others. Our boy would spend every penny as soon as he can, although lately he has learned to save for some small items. Our girl generally just wants less “things” and has less trouble saving. I imagine this difference should not surprise me, as we are all different individuals. But, it doesn’t make teaching financial responsibility any easier.
